These Terms of Use govern your use of all mobile applications published by MaxCastLife, including FridgeAI, ZodiacAI, CafeBarista, QuinielaPro, ArtVista, and any future apps. By downloading or using any of our apps, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any MaxCastLife application, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use our apps.
2. Use of Our Apps
Permitted Use
You may use our apps for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws.
Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our apps
- Use our apps for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks
- Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content through our apps
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access our services
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit our apps without written permission
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
3. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases
Subscription Terms
Some of our apps offer auto-renewing subscriptions. By subscribing, you authorize the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
Billing
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
- Subscription fees are charged to your App Store or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase
- Prices are shown in your local currency and may vary by region
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods unless required by applicable law.
Free Trials
Where offered, free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial unless cancelled beforehand.
4. AI-Generated Content
Several of our apps use artificial intelligence to generate content (recipes, horoscopes, recommendations, etc.). You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content is for entertainment and informational purposes only
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated content for any particular purpose
- Horoscopes, oracle readings, and similar content are for entertainment only and should not be relied upon for important life decisions
- Recipe suggestions should be verified against known dietary restrictions or allergies
5. User Content
For apps that allow you to submit content (photos, posts, artwork, etc.):
- You retain ownership of your content
- You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, process, and transmit your content solely to operate the service
- You represent that your content does not infringe on any third-party rights
- We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, graphics, and trademarks in our apps are the property of MaxCastLife or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that our apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MaxCastLife shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our apps, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of our apps shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app or subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Third-Party Services
Our apps may integrate with or link to third-party services (Apple, Google, Anthropic, Stripe, Firebase, etc.). These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of third-party services.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our apps at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to use our apps ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date and, where appropriate, through in-app notifications. Your continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia.
